AFTER-HOURS
If you need to reach us outside of normal business hours, you may call our office number (336-802-1111) and speak with a triage nurse. They will then reach out to a provider on call if needed or give advice based on the situation. You can also visit an online portal here to submit a form that the triage nurse will receive and then reach out to you. Once you submit your information, you will receive a confirmation and reference number. Please remember we will not be able to respond to portal messages outside of normal business hours. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

PRENATAL CONSULTATION
A prenatal consultation can be the first step in establishing a relationship between the family and the pediatrician. At Triad Pediatrics we encourage expecting families to set up a time to visit our office and meet with a provider. During this time families will receive a quick tour of our office. At the time of the visit parents will have the opportunity to voice their needs, interests, and concerns and receive guidance from a provider.

VISITING FOR THE FIRST TIME?
What to bring to your first appointment?
Please bring a copy of your current insurance card to your first appointment along with any immunization records. In addition, if you can bring name and contact information of any previous practice where your child has been treated we will have you sign a form that requests the transfer of those records to us.
How to find us?
As a brand new facility we recognize that even Google Maps is having difficulty finding our location. See below for tips and directions if you are visiting us for the very first time.
When using Google Maps for directions we recommend searching Triad Pediatrics, North Carolina 68 Suite #111, High Point, NC (do not leave off “Triad Pediatrics” when searching google maps). Directions
As you plan to arrive for the first time, we are located in the same business park as Duck Donuts and the Small Batch off of Eastchester Drive (NC Hwy 68 N). From High Point, head north towards the airport on Eastchester. Triad Pediatrics will be on your right. From Winston-Salem and Greensboro off of I-40 take exit #210. Head towards High Point and Triad Pediatrics will be on your left just past Truliant Federal Credit Union.
