Register as a New Patient

We would love to welcome your family to Triad Pediatrics. To register as a new patient, please call our office and a member of our team will be glad to help you get started.

We are currently accepting patients aged six and under as new patients. If your family has multiple children and at least one child is six or under, we can see the entire family. When you call, we will help coordinate obtaining previous records and scheduling your first appointment. If needed, we can also provide information on other local practices that are accepting older patients.
